Kelly Killoren Bensimon has said she “feels like she’s 16 again” and wants a more permanent return to reality television to showcase the “beautiful” new chapter in her life.
The 55-year-old is one of the most iconic Real Housewives of New York City cast members ever, known for legendary episodes like Scary Island. And she’s finally back in the spotlight on the new season of Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip.
A handful of episodes have been released so far, and already she’s proven why she deserves that spot on primetime. But Kelly has now teased plans for a more permanent return to reality – both behind and in front of the camera.

Speaking to Daily Star, Kelly said: “I definitely see myself back in reality television. Both producing new shows and also being on-camera.
“I just had so much fun. And again, I’m so much more vulnerable than I have ever in my life because my girls are older and they are educated, and they have great jobs.
“So now, it’s time for me – I feel like I’m 16 again. I have so much energy and enthusiasm, it’s contagious. I just want people to hop on the magic carpet and come for a ride with me.”
And it seems she’s keen for a solo show too, which would focus on her upcoming nuptials. Kelly told us: “I would love to also just do a show on my own – a bride-zilla show because I’m getting married and I want the world to really see how to get married through my eyes. My second chapter is going to be very wild, very fun and really beautiful.”
Kelly was a main cast member on RHONYC from season two until four, but returned as a guest later down the line. She is appearing on Ultimate Girls Trip, dubbed “RHONYC Legacy”, with some other iconic ladies.
They are OGs Ramona Singer and Luann De Lesseps, and other fan-favourites Sonja Morgan, Kristen Taekman and Dorinda Medley. Kelly told us: “Luann has always wanted me to come back to the show.
“There have been so many episodes where I like sneak in and come into a cocktail party, say “hi” to everybody and then obviously I was on Million Dollar Listing, which was so fun. I’ve been in the Bravo universe for a long time, just haven’t been full time, so it feels really good to be back.”
