Sir Michael Caine was seen leaving an evening out with a few famous friends who had to help the 90-year-old walk to his waiting taxi.
The iconic actor, known for his strong Cockney accent, was pictured using a walking frame, with him needing help with his mobility since he had back surgery last year.
Looking smart as ever in a navy blue suit jacket and a lighter shirt, the Italian Job star was supported by pals including axed Britain’s Got Talent judge David Walliams, 51, and Elton John’s husband David Furnish, 60.

Sir Michael’s wife Shakira, 76, was also there, with the couple – who have been married since 1973 – seen in the car on their way home after the dinner.
They looked like they’d had a fun night on their way home, with Sir Michael sat in the front of the car while Shakira relaxed in the backseat.
The actor, who has won two Oscars, has been open about his mobility problems and health issues in the past.
He said this year: “I have a spine problem which affects my leg, so I can’t walk very well.”
And his wife Shakira told Daily Mail last year: “He had a back operation quite recently.”
She explained he has spinal stenosis, which is a narrowing of the spinal canal which then compresses nerves in the lower back and legs and can cause pain and cramping after standing for a long time or walking.
It usually affects patients who are over the age of 60, though can affect those younger too.
Former model Shakira added: “The operation was fantastic. He’ll be up and dancing again soon.”
It sounds like Sir Michael has plenty of spare time to enjoy with his friends, as he said in 2021 that he was unlikely to appear in another film.
He was in the movie Best Sellers and said while promoting it that his difficulties with walking would make it tough.
However his representatives would go on to tell Variety that he was not retiring from acting, despite being almost 90 at the time.
