Amanda Holden narrowly avoided a wardrobe malfunction as she hiked up her skirt and went for a ride on a toddler’s bike.
The Britain’s Got Talent beauty, 53, is undertaking a 250-mile cycle ride from Cornwall to London to raise funds for Global’s Make Some Noise. And she got a touch of training done as she went to work at Heart radio.
The star tackled a mini obstacle course consisting of a line of cones, hopping onto a pink three-wheeler to weave in and out of them as her co-star Jason King provided the commentary. Meanwhile, fellow presenter Ashley Roberts wafted a leaf blower at her, so she would have the feel of the wind blowing through her long blonde locks.

Looking flawless as usual, Amanda was dressed in a high-necked striped black and copper jumper, with a long silky skirt. But she didn’t let that get in the way of her riding and pulled it up, showing off her endless legs in long black boots.
Talking about her training, she said to Jason: “It’s my hips JK, I’m at the point now where I get an achy hip.” “They don’t lie!” quipped her co-star, in a nod to the Shakira song. Amanda replied: “No, so they are definitely not going to lie next week when I’m in Cornwall!”
As she set off on the little course, Ashley started blasting air at Amanda and she squealed: “I feel like I’m in a Mariah Carey video to be honest!”
“Oh, my hair is sticking to my lip gloss!” she giggled, before crossing the finishing line.
Fans loved the hilarious clip, with some posting messages on social media saying it was “brilliant”. “You guys have no idea how much you lift my mornings,” one viewer wrote in the comments section.
Another said that Amanda and Ashley both looked “gorgeous” in the video. “Oh my God those legs and those boots,” remarked one of Amanda’s admirers.
Amanda sets off on her charity cycle – Amanda Holden’s Big Ride To Work – on 7 October. The star will cycle 250 miles from Bude, Cornwall, to Heart HQ in London’s Leicester Square. She will ride for eight hours a day over the course of five days, passing through Somerset, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Surrey.
The aim is for the star to arrive at Heart on 11 October, in time for Global’s Make Some Noise Day.
