Emmerdale Belle’s ‘next pregnancy’ rumbled as fans beg bosses ‘give her a break’

Emmerdale’s Belle Dingle, played by Eden Taylor-Droper, could be in for a shock pregnancy twist. This year, the beloved soap character has been embroiled in a harrowing domestic abuse plot with her new husband Tom, portrayed by James Chase.

The situation escalated when he found out she had terminated their unborn child, after initially being led to believe she had suffered a miscarriage, which left him furious. Recently, the couple and Belle’s dog, Piper, abruptly left Emmerdale village for a cottage in Wales, where Tom was secretly planning to relocate permanently.

Their sudden departure raised concerns among Belle’s family who, upon finding the address, tracked her down and headed to the mystery cottage. However, they made a shocking discovery upon arrival.

They found blood smeared across a door at the Welsh holiday property. Wednesday’s episode (July 24) revealed what exactly transpired through flashback scenes of Tom and Belle’s arrival at the cottage.

Over several days, Tom subjected Belle to abuse and gaslighting until she managed to escape. In gripping scenes, Tom pursued Belle across the Welsh countryside, reports the Express.

Fortunately, she was able to flag down a bus and board it, leaving Tom behind. However, despite her successful escape from Tom, fans are worried that another pregnancy may be looming for Belle.

On a Facebook fan page, one user speculated: “Bell will now find out she is pregnant again!” Echoing the sentiment, another added: “Noooo – but suspect you are right!”

A third joined in, saying: “I was thinking this as well, there’s nothing Tom wouldn’t do at this point.”

Meanwhile, another exclaimed: “Oh god I hope not give her a break please.”
