Kelly Brook’s husband leaps to her defence as she admits she’s ‘getting bigger’

Kelly Brook has been praised by her husband, Jeremy Parisi, for her “amazing body” despite the model claiming she’s getting “bigger”.

Chatting with the Daily Mail’s Weekend mag, the 44-year-old stunner, famed for her modelling gigs and roles in flicks like Piranha 3D and Ripper, discussed how the celeb world is becoming a bit more forgiving.

She said: “I’m getting older, bigger. Everything changes, but I do think the industry is kinder these days. I don’t think it’s fashionable to judge women in the same way.”

But her Italian husband, Jeremy, 38, isn’t having any of it, insisting: “She has an amazing body.”

The lovebirds made it official in a swanky Italian bash last year after seven years together and have been living the dream ever since.

Kelly first clocked Jeremy back in 2014 after stumbling upon his Insta, leading to wedding bells in Civitavecchia surrounded by their nearest and dearest.

Back in February, Kelly opened up to Express.co.uk about getting stick from trolls over her weight, but she’s all about clapping back, calling the platform “great” for setting the record straight.

She clarified at the time: “You can just answer back, you can get that engagement straight away and you can have a conversation with people [who are misinformed] and say, ‘Actually, that’s not the case.'”.

Kelly also revealed she’s been subjected to harsh remarks from photographers instructing her to “breathe in” on the red carpet and additional comments from online trolls.

She further discussed the challenges she encountered when trying to secure acting roles upon returning to the UK.

Kelly, who has featured in the popular TV series Smallville and signed with Keira Knightley’s agency, struggled to land acting jobs, except for a role in ITV’s Midsomer Murders.

In her chat with the magazine, Kelly expressed her belief that classism had hindered her from realising her dreams, as she feels she doesn’t “have the right acting pedigree” for UK roles.
