Liz Hurley’s son has spoken out about directing his mum in a lesbian romp scene – and he’s not fazed at all.
The actress, 58, is starring in a new erotic thriller directed by her son Damian, 21. Liz plays Lily in the film, called Strictly Confidential, which follows protagonist Mia, who is haunted by the suicide of her best friend Rebecca.
Accepting an invite to stay with Rebecca’s family in the Caribbean on the anniversary of her death, Mia is drawn into a mystery filled with “sex, duplicity and betrayal”. In the flick, Liz’s character is seduced by Natasha (Pear Chiravara) and the women soon start to make love against a pillar.

After a teaser for the film made its rounds online last week; fans were quick to blast the sexy movie. It appeared people were not happy that Liz’s only son Damian had directed his mum in the lesbian scene.
But now, Damian has spoken out and insisted he wasn’t bothered at all about watching his mum get down and dirty for the scene. So much so, that the flick didn’t even have any intimacy coordinators on set.
“I hate to say that it felt totally normal. I don’t know what that says about us,” he told The Sunday Times. Damian added: “I was speaking to a lot of my friends who are also second generation of parents in the industry.
“They say exactly the same thing: that things to outsiders that may seem totally strange and extraordinary, for us we’ll just have grown up with in everyday life.”
He then noted how “everyone was very comfortable” on set so there was no need for intimacy coordinators. He also revealed that his famous mum taught him about sex when he was “ludicrously young.”
Meanwhile, in an interview with Access Hollywood Liz admitted she felt “looked after” while starring in the same-sex romp scene. She also added: “Actually it’s kind of liberating to work with your family. I may do it again.”
Damian also confessed that he knows it’s “controversial” to be shooting scenes featuring his own mum in a steamy romp, but added: “Showbusiness has been a fundamental part of my entire life. So to us, it’s not a thing. She takes my photos, I take hers.”
