Tommy Fury’s friend’s mum has put a lid on rumours that the boxer had a baby with her daughter.
Gossip about Tommy and his ex Molly-Mae Hague has reached fever pitch after the Love Island couple announced they were splitting after five years. According to the Mirror, one fake story that has been doing the rounds online is that Tommy once had a child with a friend in Dubai.
The rumour seems to have started on TikTok, so the woman’s mum hopped onto to the platform to set the record straight. She said fans who had come up with the idea were “crazy”, telling them: “Move onto your next suspect.”

Tommy and Molly-Mae were the ultimate Love Island couple, with their romance going the distance long after they left the villa in 2019. They got engaged last year and welcomed daughter Bambi.
However, this week Molly-Mae told fans on Instagram that she was “extremely upset” to confirm it was over. “Never in a million years did I think I’d ever have to write this,” she posted. “After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.
“I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy’s relationship has come to an end. I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority.
“I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years,” added the 25-year-old influencer. “You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it’s right to share this with you all. Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time, I’ll be back when it feels right. Molly-Mae x.”
Tommy also addressed the split, saying he was “heartbroken”. He added: “The past five years have led to us having our beautiful baby girl, Bambi, and I will be forever thankful to Molly for making me a dad. Bambi is our priority.”
The TV star, 25, also asked for privacy “as we navigate our way through this difficult time”.
The pair met and fell for each other on Love Island in 2019. They moved in together after the show wrapped, living first in Cheshire and then Manchester, and welcomed baby Bambi – the first child for each of them – in January 2023. Tommy proposed in July last year, sharing a sweet video that showed the pair standing by the sea and surrounded by white roses as he got down on one knee.
