EXCLUSIVE: Sarah Jane Roza and Telv Williams hit it off and seemingly fell in love after being matched on Married at First Sight, but since then, Sarah has gone through a radical transformation
They were pitched as the popular love experiment’s golden couple. Millions watched as Sarah Jane Roza and Telv Williams hit it off and seemingly fell in love, with their relationship lasting through to final vows.
But the TV couple split in 2018, the same year they appeared in season 5 of ‘Married at First Sight Australia’ and ever since then Sarah has gone through a radical body, career and emotional transformation. In 2021, Sarah had a body makeover with huge diet and lifestyle changes, sculpting liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift.
Now weighing 20kg less, Sarah says she is feeling sexier and more confident than ever and is happy to lift the lid on Married at First Sight’s behind-the-scenes secrets.
Sarah, 45, from Melbourne, Australia, says: “MAFS was like being in a crazy, confusing and emotionally exhausting vortex for six months.
“I barely was able to have any contact with my family or friends whilst filming the experiment as there was hardly any personal space to be had or any real downtime. “We’d usually film from 6am until 2 or 3am the next day.
“The expectation to just keep going with the punishing filming schedule left me rattled, frazzled and losing control in situations where I’d normally be fine.”
Looking back, media personality and content creator Sarah says she wishes she’d trusted her gut more and held stronger boundaries – saying she ‘put up with a lot of shenanigans that went on behind the scenes back then.
“My faux husband and I were pipped as Australia’s golden couple but in reality, we were so far from it.
“Every day there was a new over-the-top romantic experience that we never would have had if we were left to our own devices. “The producers manufactured everything and we were just plonked in the middle of it.
“Of course, there were some nice moments that happened, but on the flip side the lows were just so exasperatingly low and when you’re constantly pushed to swallow your pride and smile through the tears, it eventually becomes too much.
“I’m so disappointed in myself that I allowed everyone to treat me like a doormat for so long but my spirit was battered and broken,! she says.
Sarah, who was headhunted for the show, says she’s now found the best kind of love within herself and is happy to be going solo. “The reality is that I’ve been blissfully single for the past few years. I’ve worked really hard to evolve by creating an incredibly happy, peaceful and resilient life for myself.
“I still would love to find that someone special, but if I was asked to return to be a bride on MAFS Australia, the answer would be a firm “no”. I reckon I’d have more success in finding love by throwing a dart in the street. “Australian men have a lot of work to do; most Aussie men are too lazy in relationships… I feel that European men are far superior lovers and better partners, so maybe I’d be better suited to one of the handsome gents on MAFS UK.
“I definitely wouldn’t be able to resist their sexy British accents that’s for sure,’ she adds.
Sarah, who also works as a content creator on Only Fans, says she wants people to understand that whilst her niche is super sexy, it is also “incredibly classy.” Sarah, who supported last year’s AdultChoiceAwards.com.au in Melbourne, adds: “So many of us yearn for the old style glamour of the famous Varga and Pirelli calendar girls.
“And who could forget the iconic Playboy Bunny or the enduring star that is Marilyn Monroe?
“I firmly believe that being an Only Fans content creator is not about seducing men, but about embracing womanhood.
“When allure is combined with a vivid imagination, it’s much more potent than any pornographic content or suggestive sexual act could ever be. Men tell me they genuinely love the subtle art of restraint that I offer. “Respect and kindness has always been a two-way street for me.
“My Subscriber base which has a surprising ratio of 85% male and 15% female innately understands that any poor behaviour will not be tolerated.
“They treat me like a queen and use the most adoring of words with me, always making sure that I am completely comfortable and well looked after. “To be honest, before joining Only Fans I was scared that my male subscribers in particular would run riot and be awfully crude towards me on the platform, but it’s truly been the complete opposite. I feel safe, totally in control and empowered.”
