Love Island reunion party erupts into chaos as leaked texts expose new feud

Love Island’s reunion party descended into madness after a feud was exposed through secret messages.

The ITV dating titan might have only just finished days ago, but already the cast of the show appear to be at each other’s throats. It comes after Mimii Ngulube and Josh Oyinsan were declared the winners of the programme, bagging themselves a cool £50k in the process.

Following the end of the show, the couples got together once again to share in the memories of the reality show and their time on the Island. However, for two ex-Islanders, the event turned into something more nasty.

During the course of the reunion, two girls from Casa Amor were dragged into a fight together and ended up going at it as the cast headed out to party. But as the night went on, tensions between the two girls boiled over and spilled out onto social media.

One of the girls was accused of being “drunk” as she went on to TikTok’s live platform and launched a scathing attack on her co-star. Fellow Casa Amor star Lionel Awudu recorded the argument as the girls became more and more heated as the cast partied on the rooftop of the Radio Me bar in London.

The spat involved Diamante Laiva and Ruby Dale, who had short stints in the villa. But as Lionel filmed the argument, Ruby grabbed his camera to explain the situation to his followers.

“Basically, we went to an event, we went out after the event, Diamante went home after this event, and just blocked me,” Ruby recalled. Soon after this, she was checked in on by a pal, before she hit back: “No, no, I’m not drunk! Ruby is not drunk!”

Ruby went on to wag her finger at Diamante, who had been standing behind her as Ruby ranted. “She messaged me a big long message and I said, no hun, I’ve got no problem,” Ruby insisted.

Diamante joined Lionel in a separate livestream on Instagram, clearly shaken by the tense encounter, pleading with fans that she does not drink. She went on to explain what happened when the camera stopped recording, adding the pair had had a full-blown argument.

“I’ve literally just had an argument with her in there,” Diamante admitted. “Guys, I can’t get a break, I literally can’t get a break.

“Never in my life have I sent for someone, I’m always defending myself,” she added. “I’ve literally come over here for a chilled night.”

She revealed that Ruby had gone over to her and began to shout at her, to which Diamante was having none of it. “Why are you upset that I blocked you, just leave it, I told you specifically what the issue was that your vibe was off,” she clarified.

Earlier in the livestream, Diamante showed her phone to Lionel’s followers of an interaction between the two on WhatsApp, after there was friction between the pair over Sean Stone. The boy had snogged Diamante a few times, but had a blossoming friendship with Ruby, but deciding to chose neither girl and get back together with original girl Matilda Draper.

Diamante penned in the message: “I think it’s been very clear from the Sean situation that you have an issue with me. Exactly why? I don’t know.

“And it’s not really my business but your vibe yesterday was off. Obviously we’ll have to see each other at other events but I’d respect it if we don’t fake a friendship for cameras and just never speak – I just cba.”
