Denise Van Outen has told Andi Peters on Christmas Eve’s edition of Lorraine that she is ‘really struggling’ with training for Dancing On Ice 2021.
The blonde babe, who appeared on series one of The Masked Singer UK, admitted she has fallen over during every training session so far and is “petrified”.
Speaking frankly about how she’s been getting on learning the moves with her professional ice skating partner Matt Evers, Denise said: “I have to be honest, it is so hard.
“It is so much harder than I thought it was going to be.
“I did ballet when I was younger but that makes it harder as that teaches you to point your toes which if you do on the ice you fall over.
“I have fallen over in every training session, I am the clumsiest out of all the celebs this year.”
Explaining she’s constantly in fear of injuring herself, Denise continued: “If I had done it 10 years ago I would have had confidence but now I am prettified all the time.”
In order to obey social distancing rules and reduce the risk of either of them contracting coronavirus, Denise has moved Matt into her Essex home.
Denise said: “He is such support and he has so much patience.
“I take my hat off to him a some days he must get annoyed.
“It just doesn’t go in. I am really struggling.
“He has been living with us as we decided because I had met Matt before the show so we thought come and live with us.
“We don’t want to be taken out of the show like we saw on Strictly.

“Every day we have been together. We love having him here. He is part of the family now.”
Gushing over her rivals, Denise went on to add she had enjoyed a socially distanced ice skating lesson with Myleene Klass.
“She is brilliant” the songstress added before also praising Jason Donovan.
Dancing On Ice 2021 kicks off on January 17 on ITV
