The cast of Gavin and Stacey could be reuniting once more after they were recently spotted enjoying a night out together.
Mathew Horne and Joanna Page, who played the titular couple in the series, were seen at a bar together in Wales following the lockdown.
One eagle-eyed fan spotted the famous pair and asked for a selfie, to which they happily obliged.
Kirstie Smith told Wales Online : “I was so chuffed to see them but obviously gutted due to what’s going on I couldn’t actually go up to them properly but at least I managed to get a quick picture.”

The actors were also spotted by another onlooker who posted on Twitter: “Don’t want anyone to lose their s*** but I’ve just seen Gavin and Stacey in Cardiff walking past me. Filming?”
While it’s unclear as to whether Mathew and Joanna had reunited for Gavin and Stacey plans, Joanna does host her own BBC Radio Wales show on Sunday mornings.

In September, Ruth Jones – who wrote the sitcom alongside James Corden – gave fans an update during a radio interview with Capital FM.
Discussing the success of the 2019 Christmas Special, radio host Roman Kemp asked Ruth if we would get to see the gang back together once more.
“Who knows?” she replied. “It took us 10 years to come back. It might take us another 10 if we come back.”

Speaking of the Christmas special, she added: “It was a lovely experience. We kept it all so secret that we were writing this special because we wanted to enjoy the moment.
“We put it on [James Corden’s] Twitter account saying ‘We’ve got something to tell you’, and a picture of the script. It just lifted people’s spirits because it’s a bit of silliness.”
Fans have been calling for another episode of the hit comedy after last year’s special ended on a cliffhanger.
Ruth’s character Nessa was seen proposing to James’ Smithy, but the scene finished before we found out whether he said “yes” or not.
If the show does return, it would join fellow BBC classic The Vicar of Dibley, which was confirmed to be having a comeback this month.
