GMB weather girl Lucy Verasamy films sultry video in skintight sparkly top

GMB weather expert Lucy Verasamy is known for her sparkle on the screen, but yesterday’s outfit was nothing short of a glitter sensation.

The meteorologist, 40, worked a skintight silver turtleneck, complete with full-length sleeves and sparkling thread.

Coordinating the disco-ball tee, she added a pair of diamond stud earrings by way of accessories, catching the light as she moved.

Her hair, which has been styled in a sophisticated brunette bob, fell to her shoulders, with sleek layers sweeping gracefully around her face.

Before her presenting stint on ITV News, Lucy shared a video of her outfit via Instagram Stories, zooming in to show off the festive glitter detailing.

Branding her outfit as “sparkle Sundays,” she added: “Cracking on with Christmas clothes.”

Lucy isn’t the only weather expert in ITV who has fully embraced her seasonal wardrobe – Laura Tobin worked a Christmas-inspired number on Monday’s installment of Good Morning Britain.

The broadcast meteorologist, 39, wore a velvet patterned frock designed by high street retailer Monsoon, known as the Harper Star Velvet dress.

ITV’s resident stylist Debbie Harper shared a snap of Laura’s elegant outfit to Instagram, letting fans know where to shop the look for themselves.

She said: “@gmb @lauratobinweather wearing @monsoon Harper Star Velvet dress! Shoes #reworn.”

Another ITV favourite, Holly Willoughby, has similarly been ramping up her Christmas wardrobe, unveiling a slew of sequinned ensembles throughout last week’s This Morning.

The mum-of-three worked everything from beaded rah-rah skirts to mesh glitter gowns, reaching a crescendo on Friday’s episode.

Embracing the Christmas season head-on, Holly took part in an ITV pantomime, dressing as the one and only Cinderella.

Acting out her lines in a fitted blue ballgown with a tulle skirt, Holly proved her dedication to nailing her festive wardrobe in the run-up to Christmas.
