Joanna Lumley revealed she has kissed every actor who played James Bond – and said Sir Sean Connery was the best.
The actress is “the only person alive” to have locked lips with all 007s.
She paid tribute to Scots legend Sir Sean, who died aged 90 at the weekend, and said that she “defied anybody not to be in love with him”.
Five other actors have played 007 in the official films – George Lazenby, Sir Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig.
Lumley, 74, was a Bond girl alongside Lazenby in 1969’s On Her Majesty’s Secret Service but insisted Edinburgh-born Connery was her favourite.

She added: “I defy anyone not to be in love with him. I think I’m the only person alive who has kissed every single James Bond.”
Connery was the first actor to play James Bond in film, and appeared in seven of the secret agent flicks.
He starred in Dr No, From Russia with Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball and You Only Live Twice between 1962 and 1967.

The actor then returned in 1971 for Diamonds Are Forever, before appearing in the 1983 remake of Thunderball, Never Say Never Again, which was not produced by Eon Productions.
After Connery’s death, the most recent Bond star, Daniel Craig paid tribute.
The Casino Royale star said in a statement: “It is with such sadness that I heard of the passing of one of the true greats of cinema.
“Sir Sean Connery will be remembered as Bond and so much more.
“He defined an era and a style. The wit and charm he portrayed on screen could be measured in mega watts; he helped create the modern blockbuster.
“He will continue to influence actors and film-makers alike for years to come.”
“My thoughts are with his family and loved ones. Wherever he is, I hope there is a golf course.”
