Love Island star Iain Stirling had followers in tears as he shared a devastating tribute to tragic pal Caroline Flack.
The comedian and TV star ,who is the narrator of the ITV show, shared a video of Caroline performing on Strictly Come Dancing and offered a tear-jerking tribute.
In the footage, from the 2014 series that Caroline won, the former Love Island host is seen dancing to Robbie Williams’ Angels with partner Pasha Kovalev in an elegant white dress.
Iain, 32, said: “Today my friend slow motion walked into heaven. I will miss her always.
“Thank you for everything x.”
Followers of the Scottish comedian immediately took to Twitter to tell how the simple tribute had left them flooded with emotion.
One user said: “Out of all the tributes I’ve seen, this one made me cry. So beautifully and simply put. Thinking of yourself and everyone who was lucky enough to know her X.
Another posted: “I’ve seen a lot of tributes tonight, but it was this one which made me shed a tear.”
A third said: “Absolutely covered in goosebumps watching this. so so sad.”
Tragic Caroline was found dead yesterday in her east London flat after taking her own life.
Iain’s girlfriend and new Love Island presenter Laura Whitmore also posted a tribute to her friend.

She tweeted “I’m trying to find the words but I can’t”, followed by a broken heart emoji.
Following the news of Flack’s death, an ITV spokeswoman said: “Everybody at Love Island and ITV is shocked and saddened by this desperately sad news.
“Caroline was a much loved member of the Love Island team and our sincere thoughts and condolences are with her family and friends.”
The 40-year-old stepped down from presenting the current Love Island show after she was alleged to have assaulted Lewis Burton 27, at her then flat in Islington, north London, in December.
She entered a not guilty plea to the assault charge at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court and she was released on bail, with conditions that stopped her having any contact with Burton ahead of a trial in March.
In a statement released on Saturday night her management company criticised the Crown Prosecution Service for pressing ahead with what it called her “show trial” even after her boyfriend said he did not support it.

Francis Ridley of Money Talent Management, said: “In recent months Caroline had been under huge pressure because of an ongoing case and potential trial which has been well reported.
“The Crown Prosecution Service pursued this when they knew not only how very vulnerable Caroline was but also that the alleged victim did not support the prosecution and had disputed the CPS version of events.
“The CPS should look at themselves today and how they pursued a show trial that was not only without merit but not in the public interest. And ultimately resulted in significant distress to Caroline.”
