Rita Ora shrink-wraps gym-honed frame as she talks growing up in the spotlight

Rita Ora, 29, has spoken frankly about growing up in the spotlight – admitting she made countless mistakes throughout her 20s.

The starlet, who turns 30 later this month, says she now believes she is the woman she wants to be and is “more comfortable in her skin than ever before”.

Rita said: “I never really had a normal 20-year-old life but I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world.

“It is something I have noticed in lockdown – I have never had that life where you can just go out and walk around your garden or anywhere and no one really cares.

Rita Ora says she is more conformable than ever in her skin

“It is something I have noticed in lockdown – I have never had that life where you can just go out and walk around your garden or anywhere and no one really cares.”

Daily Star Online previously revealed how Rita splashed over £30,000 on rent during lockdown to set up camp at a sprawling home in the Cotswolds.

“I think for anyone living in the limelight… You can’t go to school for that,” she continued to Evening Standard.

“There is no school about how to be famous. You are thrown into the deep end and then it is up to you to work it out.

“I think I learnt the hard way really. You have this thing where you accept: ‘Ok this is my life now.’”

The How To Be Lonely songstress added: “I got into this industry and I am so beyond grateful for how my career has been so far but it comes with a lot of management. I am so lucky to have my mum and my sister who I have worked with from the start and they have kept me protected.”

For her latest campaign, Rita has teamed up with EE for her first augmented reality performance to celebrate the release of the new Apple iPhone 12 Pro.

In promo shots, the starlet can be seen filming the performance on a state of the art green screen before slipping into a skintight golden gown.

Looking glamorous as ever, the chart-topper ditched her bra as she rocked the off-the-shoulder number.

She completed her look by opting for statement silver jewellery.

Rita said: “It’s so exciting to see what is possible with EE’s next-generation technology.

“It was a lot of fun being part of something which really pushed the boundaries of live performance.

“Registering the movements of my hands, body and face, was cool, but seeing myself as an AR avatar, dancing around live, totally blew my mind. My first-ever 5G-powered AR performance was so incredible, and it looks phenomenal!”
