Strictly Come Dancing star Ranvir Singh is now in such good shape she’s started wearing outfits that were designed for the show’s professional dancers.
The Good Morning Britain host, 43, has lost weight because she trains so hard for the contest.
Ranvir told Daily Star said: “My body has definitely changed. It’s hard work doing Strictly and my body has responded to that.
“I feel much trimmer and better in myself. It has been incredible. The dress I am wearing this weekend is one that was made for one of the professionals. That’s amazing for me.”
Ranvir has been inspired by how hard the pro dancers work on the BBC show.

She added: “They push their bodies through. Even if they haven’t eaten or they have a lack of sleep, they push themselves. It is remarkable.
“I would like some of that to have rubbed off on me. This has made me think that I can push myself harder than I thought I could.”
Presenter Ranvir looks set to get even fitter when Strictly is over as she plans to keep dancing.
She said: “When you get ballroom dancing right, it gives you such a magical feeling in your body.”

Ranvir continued: “I would miss it if I didn’t have that feeling ever again.
“I never thought in a million years I would be saying this.
“When life returns to normal, I would like to encourage some of my female friends to do it.”
It comes after Ranvir and Giovanni have fuelled more rumours of a romance between them after fans spotted an ‘intimate moment’ on the show tonight.

After their beautiful performance, which saw them get a majority of eights from the judges, the pair appeared to share a very intimate moment.
While listening to their feedback from the judges, Giovanni placed his hand over Ranvir’s shoulder as they listened.
Ranvir then placed her hand on top of his and began stroking his hand.
