Amanda Holden has been putting her free time to good use after the UK was driven to lockdown in recent weeks, by heading out on daily jogs.
The 49-year-old beauty, who will appear on this weekend’s instalment of Britain’s Got Talent, modelled some gym gear by Sweaty Betty on the sprint.
Patterned in blue and lilac swirls, the skintight Lycra set showed off her super-toned physique.
Protecting her face from the springtime rays, Amanda perched a see-through visor on her head and added some stylish aviator shades.
Fuchsia running shoes topped off the look, as she hit the road for an hour.
Smiling into the camera for a quick Instagram story, she added the hashtag “daily run”.
The BGT judge has been keeping her fans entertained as the coronavirus lockdown continues in the UK.
Earlier this week, she had her followers in stitches when she put the bins out in a floor-length ballgown.
Poking fun at her glamorous outfit, she wrote: “Wheelie wanted to dress up tonight!”
Luckily, Amanda’s fans won’t have long to wait until they get a weekly dose of Britain’s Got Talent.
This Saturday will see the series debut air on ITV, with pre-recorded episodes from January and February hitting our screens.
Unfortunately, it will be a long wait until the live shows come to air, presenters Ant and Dec have confirmed.
Speaking on pal Dermot O’Leary’s radio show, Ant McPartlin explained: “I think we’re going to do the lives later on this year hopefully, depending on the world.”

While Declan Donnelly added: “You can’t really make any firm plans at the moment can you? Everything is slightly up in the air. But later on in the year probably for the lives I think.”
Britain’s Got Talent airs at 8pm on Saturday on ITV.
