Celebrity Big Brother star Kenzie has changed his look completely since his 2005 appearance on the hit reality series.
The 34-year-old was just a teenager when he entered the Big Brother house, making it to the final before he eventually lost out to Happy Mondays singer Bez.
Today, James “Kenzie” MacKenzie looks unrecognisable, having discovered a passion for health and fitness, eventually becoming a personal trainer.
During his stint on Big Brother, the then-19-year-old was visibly slimmer, though he has since beefed out significantly, with building muscle becoming his professional pursuit.
Now a dad-of-two, Kenzie regularly shares photos of his muscular physique over Instagram, highlighting the hours he has spent grafting in the gym.

The hunky musician also works as a fitness model, flexing his muscles before the camera.
During a recent trip to Dubai, health-conscious Kenzie announced: “Delightful little January Detox! In my favourite place #dubai It’s good to be back.”
Sharing another muscly topless snap during the festive season, he added: “Cutting it fine this Christmas.”

The former Blazin’ Squad rapper is also a professional DJ, performing in clubs across Europe and beyond.
Kenzie’s journey to fame began early in life, aged just 15 when 10-piece group Blazin’ Squad started to gain a massive following.
The band went on to split in 2005, with Kenzie deciding to form the group Friday Hill with his bandmates MC Flava and MC Strider.

That same year, he starred in CBB alongside major names such as Hollyoaks’ Jeremy Edwards, model Caprice Bourret and Sylvester Stallone’s mum Jackie.
Taking a trip down memory lane, Davina McCall and Dermot O’Leary revisited the iconic series earlier this week, looking back to the drama that unfurled in the infamous celebrity house.
Big Brother: Best Shows Ever fans are in luck – the series continues tonight at 9pm on E4.
