Bizarre details about Brad Pitt’s alleged initiation into Scientology in the early 1990s have been revealed.
The Hollywood hunk was a prime target for Scientology recruiters and spent several years in the cult, it has been previously claimed.
He was allegedly introduced to the oddball religion by his girlfriend at the time, actress Juliette Lewis, and the pair became regular visitors to the Scientology Celebrity Centre in LA.
It is thought that he tried Scientology for three years before he and Juliette who he dated between 1989 and 1993 quit the bizarre religion.
A fellow former Scientology member has now revealed details of Brad’s alleged initiation into scientology.

Brad was forced to undertake daily saunas as part the “purification process” upon entering the religion at the Portland Celebrity Center branch of the church, a report in Page Six claims.
He would be forced to sweat in a sauna for five hours a day, every day for a month, it alleged.
Angry supervisors would all scream at Brad in “bull baiting” sessions as part of another weird initiation trial, it is claimed.
Michael Mallen claims he was tasked with “bull baiting” the star, by screaming abuse at him “mercilessly” until the star “got so p***ed off, he walked out”.

A source also told The Sun he was being trained up to be a course supervisor and “was sent to Celebrity Center Portland for training”, where he was told details of Brad’s strange initiation.
“While I was there I met the teenage daughter of the executive director of a Portland-based Scientology company … One of the things she told me was that Brad Pitt, who was dating Scientologist Juliette Lewis at the time, did the purification rundown at Celebrity Center Portland.
“He did it there to keep out of the public eye.”

Scientology records state Brad completed some therapies in July 1991 as well as a “special course in human evaluation” in May 1993.
Author Amy Scobee made claims about the star’s time with the church in her book in 2010.
Discussing Brad and Juliette leaving the church she said: “In the end, Brad didn’t think it was for him and he and Juliette broke up.”
But Scientology leaders didn’t give up on Pitt, now 46.
Scobee, a member of the church for 10 years, adds: “He was high on the church president’s list of stars they felt could be ‘recovered’.
“There are many household names on that list and they never, ever give up hope of another major catch like Tom Cruise.”
Daily Star Online has contacted Brad’s representatives for comment.
