Casualty's Jacob and Connie could 'get together' after steamy hospital romp

Casualty viewers were left delighted during Saturday’s episode as former couple Connie Beauchamp and Jacob Masters shared a smoking-hot moment.

The past lovebirds embarked on a fiery row after clashing over the nurse training, when suddenly things turned passionate as they shared a steamy romp in the hospital staff room.

Fans are desperate for Jacob (Charles Venn), and Connie (Amanda Mealing) to get back together for good, but odds show they might not get their fairytale ending.

Ladbrokes have revealed that the odds of Connie and Jacob getting back together before the end of the year are at 7/4.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes told Daily Star Online exclusively: “Connie and Jacob’s passionate reunion may have been worth the wait for Casualty fans, and while their relationship may be back on the cards, we wouldn’t be backing them living happily forever after.”

Actor Charles Venn revealed he would love Connie and Jacob’s reunion to be permanent, but he doubts this will happen.

He told TV Times: “If I had my way, Jacob and Connie would be married.

“They’d have a beautiful white wedding and live happily after.

“But the writers won’t be having that and I’ve already accepted it’s not going to happen!”

Jacob lifted Connie up off her feet and laid her down on the office desk before they shared a sizzling kiss.

After their sexy romp in Holby City hospital, viewers went into meltdown on social media.

One said: “The sexual tension between Connie and Jacob is INSANE.”

While another wrote: “Connie and Jacob…Yasss!! About time too. Woo hoo.”

A third penned: “I want Jacob and Connie to get back together again.”

A fourth gushed: “I really hope Connie and Jacob get back together they are made for each other.”

Holby City is not broadcasting at the moment either, but filming production has re-started for the BBC show.
