The Only Way Is Essex babe Georgia Kousoulou has urged people to not be “selfish” and to “think of others” as coronavirus fears continue to see supermarkets with empty shelves.
After a trip to Sainsbury’s Georgia said she felt so “stressed” that she couldn’t help but feel sympathy for those more vulnerable, especially those who were older and unable to venture from shop to shop.
The 28-year-old then took to her official page to share a printable form that aims to provide friendly support for neighbours in need of help, especially the elderly.
She urged her 1.2million followers on the digital platform to pass her post on to others to spread the word.

Georgia said: “Today I went to Sainsbury’s and honestly it has stressed me out so much!
“It hit home how real this is and how stressed older people must be feeling, I was walking around and it felt like I was in a movie.
“I personally think supermarkets should hold things back for the elderly and people who can’t just go to 100 different shops to look for things.”
Sharing the snippet of the form to support neighbours who self-isolate, she added: “Someone has sent me this, why don’t we all use this as a guideline and help the people who need it?

“Family members, neighbours, people who you know would be scared to go out! Please don’t be selfish and think of others.”
Fans flocked to the comments section to praise the star for her selfless act.
One person said: “Can’t believe how mad everyone is getting, this is a lovely idea though.”
Another chimed: “Bless your heart so thoughtful. Should defnitely be restricted quantities for purchases I feel.”
A third added: “Love this, we have to all stick together.”
Georgia’s plea for help comes as the UK moved from “containing” the coronavirus to “delaying” it, Boris Johnson revealed.
The death toll has now reached a total of 21 after a further 10 people died from the virus today.
The total number of confirmed cases has now reached 1,140 while 37,746 have been tested.
It comes as President Donald Trump suspended all travel between the US and the UK and Ireland.
