The idea of being all dressed up with no where to go didn’t seem to bother Demi, who has been holed up alone in London with her dog Teddy for 10 weeks now.

Demi who is ordinarily a jet-setter and also lives in LA had previously confessed to struggling with new ways of life during the coronavirus pandemic saying “this majorly f***ed us up”.
Thankfully, meditating has been her saving grace throughout, keeping her grounded and thankful for all that she does have.
The extra time during lockdown has provided Demi with more time to think about her parents who both died within just seven months of each other in 2018 and 2019.
She said: “I’ve had time to think about things I haven’t really got over, I’ve never really grieved.”
