Emily Atack has become a poster girl for self-confidence since winning over thousands of fans during her appearance on I’m A Celebrity in 2018.
The Inbetweeners star and comedian has taken to her Instagram stories to share a little ‘workout’ with her 1.6 million followers.
Wearing a figure-hugging dress, Emily, 30, flashed her cleavage as she chilled out after a weekend working at Radio 1.
In hilarious footage, which saw the bombshell rocked a plunging flower-print dress, Emily joked: “Hi guys, welcome to my exercise class” while laying on the sofa lifting up her leg and holding a drink.
Extending her leg, she continued: “We’re just going to do a bit of that.”

In follow-up clip, Emily added: “I mean if you want you can do the other leg.”
The TV star then posted a selfie alongside with the words “Step two – find a good light and take a selfie. Really releases the endorphins.”
Emily’s latest social media post comes after she made her Radio One hosting debut on Friday.

After her first day in the hot seat on Friday, Emily shared a celebratory selfie on her Instagram page in the studio next to a Radio One microphone.
Emily also hit the headline this week after admitting that she’ll gladly show her grandchildren her sexy lads mags photoshoots in the future.

Speaking to the podcast Sorry Not Sorry? The brunette beauty said: “I have always wanted to let people know there was more to me than a pin-up.
“But I have my FHM covers framed, I don’t feel shame. I did those things because I wanted to and I loved those shoots.
“If you’ve got it and you want to flaunt it, then flaunt it. I will probably show my grandkids.
