This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby opened up about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry ’s move to the US on today’s show, saying the couple must be “stressed”.
Royal expert Camilla Tominey joined Holly and her co-presenter Phillip Schofield on This Morning, discussing the monarchy.
The conversation turned to Meghan and Harry’s move to Los Angeles back in March, which took place right before the lockdown hit.
Holly looked sympathetic, as she reflected on the couple’s first months living in America with little baby Archie.
She said: “They must be so stressed. Like their heads as individual human beings on this planet, with all of that going on.
“You can’t imagine what they’re going through.”

Camilla agreed the couple were going through a stressful time, as they had a number of projects in the works at the beginning of the year.
She said: “It’s stressful as well because they wanted to have this great relaunch in America. They have their new charitable foundation Archwell, it’s named after baby Archie.
“And for them to hit the ground running over there, and of course, coronavirus has put a stop to all of it.

“We don’t know when they’re Apple TV series is coming out with Oprah about mental health, that may have been put on hold.”
Before adding: “It has been a bit of a damp squib and that’s not what they wanted. They’re going to have to reset this I think in January.”
Holly also shared a few kind words about the Queen, praising her speech to the nation during the peak of the Covid pandemic back in April.

Hoping to see more video calls from Her Royal Highness, she said: “We sort of need her.
“Whenever you see her face you sort of feel grounded.”
Nodding her head in agreement, Camilla branded Queen Elizabeth as “the mother of the nation”.
