This Morning star Holly Willoughby opened up about an embarrassing tumble on the show today after a Zoom call took an unexpected turn.
Holly and her co-star Phillip Schofield took part in a “murder mystery” over Zoom, with both families dressing the part.
Recalling the evening, Holly revealed she sat on her children’s chair – only to fall off spectacularly in the middle of the chat.
Dressed as a “keen horse rider” named “Lizzie Lightfoot,” the 39-year-old remembered her legs flying into the air, as she hit the ground.
Phil remarked: “Thank goodness I looked up, and as I looked up, Holly disappeared out of shot. Completely fell off your chair!”

Bursting into laughter, Holly remembered: “The best WiFi is where the kids sit to do their homework. So I was perched on one of the kid’s trip-trap chairs.
“Obviously, when I’m sitting on it, it’s moving, it’s moving. Suddenly it was like somebody had opened a trap door from underneath me.
“And I went back. And my feet were just in Zoom with my riding boots on. Thank god I had the riding helmet on cause I leant back and hit the drum kit.”

Miming her legs flying over her head, Phillip added: “Her legs went like that! I wish I had recorded it.”
Despite the tumble, Holly encouraged viewers to take part in a similar “murder mystery” activity, saying: “It was really good fun! Highly recommend it.”
Watching the hilarious re-telling from home, viewers were thrilled to see Holly and Phil back on their screens, having been replaced by Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes for five days.
