Katie Price films herself struggling to get into bath with painful broken feet

Katie Price has filmed herself struggling to get in the bath as she attempts to not get her casts on her broken feet wet.

The 42-year-old is currently recovering from major six hour surgery after she broke both of her feet and had to go under the knife.

For her latest video, Katie filmed herself struggling to get into the bath without getting her casts wet.

She wrote over the clip: “Got to use my upper body strength to get in the bath legs up run the water and cannot get my cast wet. Such a mission to have a bath,” followed by the crying emoji.

In the video, Katie is seen approaching the large free-standing tub while in her wheelchair as she rests her feet on the edge of the bath.

She wrote on Instagram: “Got to use my upper body strength to get in the bath legs up run the water and CANNOT get my cast wet.. such a mission to have a bath.”

After she managed to get in the bath with her legs dangling out, her dog Blade came over to the side of the tub to keep her company.

But rather than be a relaxing soak, Katie’s bath was more of a workout as she used her ab muscles to keep her legs up.

While she’s putting on a brave face online, insiders previously told The Sun how Katie is at her wits end.

The source said: “Katie was in so much pain on Friday that she was in tears.

“Doctors have told her she must lie down and keep her legs raised as much as possible and she’s been following their orders as much as she can.

“But from Friday morning the pain was getting worse and worse.

“She’s never experienced anything like it and, in the end, there was no choice but to take her back into hospital.”

The source continued: “One of the hardest things for Katie has been the lack of sleep.

“The injury has made it nigh on impossible for her to get any rest and slowly that has ground her down.

“Doctors did warn Katie that it wouldn’t be plain sailing but she is gutted at the moment and everyone is having to rally to try and keep her spirits up.”

Katie is currently being looked after by boyfriend Carl Woods who has been by her side since they returned from their holiday to Turkey where the accident took place.

The duo were on a family trip to a theme park with her children Princess and Junior Andre when she jumped off a wall and suffered a horror fall.

Katie was raced to A&E in Turkey where she had both her feet placed in casts before being loaned a wheelchair.

She then continued her holiday before jetting back to the UK to seek a specialist.

Despite the surgery, medics have warned Katie she still may not be able to walk for up to six months.
