Khloe Kardashian ‘s latest sponsored post was ridiculed by social media users.
The mum-of-one quickly found herself the butt of a joke when she posted a snap of herself flogging air freshener products.
Despite the remarks, the reality TV star saw the funny side of one playful quip by a Kardashian parody Instagram account aimed at her photo featuring bedazzled Febreeze bottles.
The account, which has amassed 710,000 followers, is a spoof account for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West ‘s eldest daughter North.
Underneath the snap of Khloe on her bed surrounding by the cleaning items, the account mocked the partnership in the caption.
It read: “Auntie Khloe wanted to branch out and work with other brands besides skinny teas and protein shakes, so she reached out to me because Kris is useless.
“I pitched her to many brands and they all passed (even @kkwbeauty), but Febreze jumped at the chance to work with her on a campaign. I wrote the first draft of the copy: ‘When my sheets stink as bad as my love life, I turn to Febreze!’
“The company liked it, but wanted something more centered around the products.”
Seeing the funny side, Khloe replied: “Lol damn.” Adding two laughing while crying emojis.
The social media jibe referenced Khloe’s rocky love life, which has been well documented in the media and on Keeping up With the Kardashians – the reality series following the famous family.
She famously wed Lamar Odom in 2009, after just months of dating the basketball player.
Their romance ended in 2013 when cheating accusations circulated around the NBA star, and he checked into rehab following a DUI.

Tristan was also met with infidelity claims prior to True’s birth. Things were looking up for the pair, and they rekindle their relationship only for it to end nine months later when Tristan was caught kissing Jordyn Woods, sister Kylie Jenner’s BBF, at a party in LA.
