The 44-year-old actress went for a jog before taking on a kettlebell session in her garden, only pausing to share a workout snap with her followers.

With “mum in training” emblazoned across her chest, the former Corrie star was a picture of fitness, her toned arms clenched in concentration.
Kym’s brunette locks were swept back in a ponytail, and she added a pair of hot pink shorts with navy trainers to the functional fitness look.
In her caption, she filled her followers in on her intensive workout regime, saying: “5k run in the park followed by a cheeky kettlebell session! Bring on summer fitness!!! #fitoverforty.”

Launched in 2015, the video sees Kym take on an “an ‘intelligent fitness’ programme that manipulates your hormones and physiology”.
Promising to transform the viewer’s body from inside out, Kym worked with her personal trainers Matt Baker and Sam Witter to develop the intense fat-burning programme.
Speaking about the DVD in an interview with Closer, she said: “I had pouches of fat after I had my children that I couldn’t shift and I just wanted to be healthier and stronger.
“There’s too much focus on being skinny these days and I didn’t want to be skinny, I wanted to be healthier, fitter and have more energy – and of course look good.”
