Talking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield in the studio, Lisa admitted: I’m terrified”.
As the camera followed her down the tower, she added: “This is so hard.”
Lisa did the abseil to celebrate the fact that This Morning viewers could win £90,000 in a new competition.
However, it seemed some fans of the show were confused about why the two were connected.

One viewer asked on Twitter: “Do they think if Lisa Snowdon does an abseil or Josie Gibson does a zip line more people will enter the competition? #ThisMorning”
As well as Lisa completing the abseil, fellow presenter Vic Hope also had a go at the tower.

Alongside the abseiling fun, today’s This Morning also saw Charlie Gard’s parents take part in their first TV interview with their new “miracle” son Ollie.
Connie Yates and Chris Gard welcomed Ollie back in August a day after tragic Charlie would have turned four years old.
Charlie suffered from an extremely rare genetic condition causing progressive brain damage and muscle weakness.
The tragic tot died from the condition back in July 2017.
