Liz Hurley ex's Steve Bing excluded his kids from million-dollar will

Liz Hurley’s ex Steve Bing excluded their son Damian Hurley and his daughter Kira Kerkorian from his will almost two decades before taking his own life, court documents have revealed

Liz Hurley’s ex Steve Bing removed both of his children from his multi-million pound will almost two decades before his death.

According to court documents, the businessman updated his will in 2001 when Liz was pregnant with their son Damian.

At the time it is believed he did not know that Kira had been born

In the unsealed documents, Bing wrote: “I have recently been informed by an individual that she is pregnant with my child, and I hereby declare that whether or not such child is mine, it is my intention not to provide in this Will for such child (or any other child as to which I may be the father) in this Will or for the offspring of any such child or children, whether now living or here after born.”.

According to the court documents Kira, 21, is asking to be made administrator of her late father’s estate, The Sun reported.

The estate is currently valued at $337,000 – £250,000 – however, this figure does not take into account Bing’s property portfolio.

The figure also doesn’t take in his “other assets”.

Prior to his death, it was reported to be worth £450million.

Despite the children not being in the will, Bing later formed bonds with both Damian, 18, and Kiera as they grew up.

In 2019, he fought for them to be included in his grandfather’s trust.

In a statement at the time of Bing’s death Liz said: “I am saddened beyond belief that my ex Steve is no longer with us. It is a terrible end.

“Our time together was happy and although we went through some tough times, it’s the good, wonderful memories of a sweet, kind man that matter.”

Hollywood producer Steve was just 55-year-old when he was found dead near his home in Los Angeles.

According to publication Variety, police and the coroner’s office said a man fitting his age fell from a Century City apartment building on Monday. Sources told TMZ he had been suffering from depression.

Paying tribute to Bing shortly after news broke of his death on Good Morning Britain, host Piers Morgan said: “I had a massive run-in with him in The Mirror when he denied he was the father and the press went for him.

“It got sorted out of court.

“He was extremely rich and extremely respected in Hollywood.

“He used to live in a hotel suite he was that rich.

“He seemed to have a good time but whatever was going on clearly is a different story.”
