Louise Redknapp has reportedly been “knocked sideways” by her ex-husband Jamie Redknapp ‘s new romance.
The former footballer is dating model Frida Andersson-Lourie, which singer Louise is said to have already known about.
However seeing photos of her ex with his new squeeze was apparently difficult for the star.
Louise, 45, is reportedly being supported by her friends while Jamie moves on after their 2017 divorce.
An source told new! magazine: “It’s been hard because she knew about it for a while – a lot of people did – but even if you know, when you see photographic evidence it can be tough. It kind of knocked her sideways.”

They went on: “They were one of the most famous and solid relationships on the show circuit.
“At the time she felt like she’d lost her identity and her way a bit. That can happen in a marriage – especially when they’re both well known. They found it really hard to admit the marriage was over.”
Louise’s friends have reportedly been trying to stop her comparing herself to Frida.

An apparent insider told Heat magazine: “It’s hard for her, because inevitably she is going to compare herself to Frida, who is younger and a model – but her friends have been really good at boosting her confidence and saying she looks amazing.
“Lou really needs that kind of support right now. Lockdown drove her crazy and seeing Jamie move on like this has made things worse.

“She’s desperate to move on and show that she’s just as happy and over him – even though inside she’s admitted it feels as though her heart has been broken all over again.”
If she needs a self-confidence booster, Louise only needs to have a read of her Instagram comments.
Her loyal followers regularly flood her feed with comments filled with admiration and compliments.
But to keep her busy, Louise has thrown herself back into work as she announced a new autobiography was on the way.
She told her Instagram fans: “So, I’ve been busy working on my new book! You Got This is out in March 2021.
“I wanted to write a book that was empowering and uplifting – a little bit of a love letter to anyone who has ever wondered if they’re getting it right in life… you got this.”
