Love Island Australia hunk John James, 34, may still be looking for The One on the small screen but he’s transformed his body over the past decade since he appeared on Big Brother UK.
The outspoken Aussie first found UK fame after appearing in the final Channel 4 series of Big Brother before the format was rested.
During his time in the camera-filled house, John James grew close to eventual winner Josie Gibson.
In a final twist, Josie won the show and was immediately put back into the house as part of a special All Star mini-series.
However, the buxom babe sensationally ran out of the compound to be reunited with John James.
Sadly, their romance wasn’t meant to be.

When he was in the Big Brother house, John rocked a ripped but slender frame.
However, fans of Love Island Australia are now seeing a new buffed-up version of him.
As well as his bulging biceps and rock-hard pecs, John James has ditched his bleached locks to return to his natural dark roots.

Before taking part in Love Island: Australia, John James admitted he found it hard to form a “genuine connection” with girls.
In a savage chat with Confidential magazine, the controversial star said: “I am in the deejaying scene, so coming across sl*ppers and club s**t is everyday stuff for me but meeting someone you have a genuine connection with is something you do struggle with in my industry.

“All my friends are married, engaged and have kids.
“I go around to their place for dinner and I am always like the third wheel and obviously I cop a lot of sh* for being single and being a DJ.”
