Global icon Madonna revealed a lot more than her fans were expecting as she flaunted her ripped physique in nothing but a pair of lacy underwear.
Taking to Instagram, the B*tch I’m Madonna hitmaker gave fans an eyeful as she managed to get the perfect angle to flaunt her ample cleavage, which was barely contained by a lace bodysuit.
A second snap saw the blonde star pose with her bum to a mirror as she snapped a picture of her perky behind.
Madge admitted that she has been experiencing “8 months of pain” ahead of her upcoming treatment following several injuries.

The mum-of-six captioned her post: “Finally going to get my regenerative treatment for my missing cartilage!!
“I would be jumping up and down if I could after 8 months of being in pain! Wish me luck.”
Regenerative treatment is used to replace human cells, tissues or organs and to restore or establish normal function.

Several of Madonna’s 15.1 million Instagram followers took to the comment section to compliment the Queen of Pop and wish her well.
One adoring fan commented: “Yes my queen. Stunning as usual.”
While a second added: “Good luck my queen.”
“Good luck! Don’t forget to heal and rest,” penned a third.

Madonna is no stranger to hard work and continued to perform on her Madame X World Tour earlier this year, despite suffering from knee and hip issues.
The legend was pictured walking with a cane and went on to cancel 14 shows.
She kicked off her residency at the London Palladium two days later than had been intended.
Madonna is said to have pushed her body to the ultimate limit opening up about “irreversible damage to her body” on Facebook.
Revealing all, she said: “They have made it very clear to me that if I’m to continue my tour – I must rest for as long as possible so that I don’t inflict further and Irreversible damage to my body.”
