Meghan Markle and Prince Harry enjoyed a rare joint TV appearance yesterday but it was their pet dog that stole the show.
As they spoke on the virtual ceremony for TIME magazine’s Most Influential People list, their Labrador, Pula is seen enjoying a stroll in the grounds of their Californian home.
Pula wags her tail and paces about as her owners sit on a garden bench, much to the amusement of Twitter users.
One wrote: “Their puppy photobombing them was hilarious.”
“Pula said, ‘I’m just going to stroll on by’,” another joked.
While another person said they could relate to Pula, writing: “I’m the dog in the back for sure.”

Harry and Meghan rescued the black Labrador pup in 2018, and initially her name was closely guarded by the royal couple.
Royal biographer Sally Bedell Smith told The Sun the pup was named “Oz” but Meghan later told how the press kept “getting her name wrong”.
But in July Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand’s biography Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal revealed what the pooches’ real name is.

Pula is the official currency of Botswana, the African country where Harry and Meghan enjoyed a romantic camping trip in the early days of their romance.
Harry and Meghan missed out Times top 100 this year but were named in the list back in 2018.
They did, however, appear in the virtual ceremony to urge Americans to vote ahead of the November 3 election in the show which aired on ABC.

Harry told people in the US to “reject hate speech” and spoke how he was unable to vote himself due to his lack of US citizenship.
“This election – I’m not going to be able to vote here in the US,” he said, in what is his first comments on the election.
But many of you may not know that I haven’t been able to vote in the UK my entire life.
“As we approach this November, it is vital that we reject hate speech, misinformation and online negativity.”
Meghan, who has been a vocal critic of US president and Time 100 list-maker Donald Trump in the past, called the upcoming election the “most important election of our lifetime”.
“When we vote, our values are put into action and our voices are heard,” she continued.
“Your voice is a reminder that you matter, because you do and you deserve to be heard.”
