This Morning presenters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford were speaking with naturists on today’s instalment of the show.
British naturists are holding a nude yoga session called The Great British Take Off on Sunday at 12pm to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
Ahead of the chat, Eamonn, 60, said to Ruth, also 60: “On Sunday do you fancy taking your clothes off?”
A blushing Ruth replied: “Why not?”
Ruth later joked that their son Jack would be horrified if he came down on Sunday and saw she and Eamonn “naked pottering around the kitchen”.
Eamonn and Ruth first spoke to Pamela at her home in Preston, who had stripped completely naked for her This Morning appearance.
Pamela said that stripping nude really helps to improve body confidence and self-esteem.
She shared: “Bodies aren’t going to always be as they were when they were at the peak, as bodies are always changing.
“Being nude a lot – you learn to appreciate your bodies.
“Loving your bodies no matter what stage they’re at is really important as it helps body confidence and self-esteem.”
Eamonn and Ruth then spoke to couple Georgia and Luke, who were relatively new to the naturist world, but like Pam, said how much the act of stripping off helps you to love the skin you’re in.
Pam added: “Obviously this weekend we’re including all.
“If you didn’t want to join in on the Zoom session try and embrace it any way why not?”
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV
