Loose Women star Saira Khan is kicking back and lapping up some well-deserved ‘me time’ at what appears to be a far flung exercise retreat.
The 50-year-old certainly isn’t holding anything back as she shared a number scorching snippets from her time away already and has been busy documenting her rigorous daily routines.
Saira dripped with confidence as she took to the pool to unleash her splendid figure in a flesh exposing bikini.
Posing up a storm in the tiny two piece, she relaxed at the side of the water, also showcasing the stunning views.
But, it wasn’t just the mountain backdrop that seemed to demand attention, as the TV presented flaunted her gym-honed body in the late afternoon sun.

The mum-of-two completely rocked the vibrant blue swimwear that included pink floral detail throughout.
Saira wasted no time at all with parading her results from the retreat so far and if her incredible curves are anything to go by, we would like to know where to sign up.
Taking to her Instagram story to update her 73,000 fans, she showcased a video of herself taking a dip in the ocean blue water, she captioned: “Just another day by the pool.”

Striking up a stunning pose in another image she joked: “Ok, I’m just showing off now.”
It is no secret that Saira has been putting lots of time in to focus on her fitness.
In recent weeks, she has used her social media platform to showcase her workout routines.
Updating intrigued fitness fans on what she’s been getting up to on her exercise retreat, she took to the camera to reveal all of the details.
She said: “Good morning everybody so just wanted to show you where we do our yoga. Just finished my yoga class, 7 o’clock in the morning and this is the platform, they do the fitness here as well.

“But look at the views when you’re doing yoga first thing in the morning 7am. Ahhh it’s just amazing.It was b***dy hard getting up because I was chatting until late last night, but I made it.
“The yoga is what I’m here for and I do it three times per day.
“Morning, lunchtime and evening, they are just so super relaxing but help me to connect a little bit more with the energy and just calm me down, relax and stretch, all the things that I don’t do at home.
“But what a lovely place to do it huh? Have a great morning everyone!”
