AceShowbiz – The fourth season of hit U.S. TV show “The Good Fight” has been cut short amid the coronavirus pandemic but a fifth series has been confirmed.
The final three episodes of the CBS All Access show, starring Christine Baranski and Cush Jumbo, couldn’t be made because of the global health crisis, meaning the fourth season will come to an end on May 28, 2020.
In a statement, confirming that the show will be brought back for a fifth outing, series creators Robert and Michelle King said, “It’s been weird to not be able to finish the fourth season. It left the story in even more absurd a place than usual.”
“So we’re thrilled that CBS All Access wants to bring The Good Fight back for an additional season, and we know what story we’re planning to tell. It’s like getting the answers to the SAT (exam) ahead of time.”
