And her latest photoshoot proved exactly why she holds that status, at the age of 51.
The Terminal actress left fans in awe on Thursday when she took to Instagram to share a series of jaw-dropping snaps from her recent cover girl photoshoot with New Beauty Magazine.
The age-defying actress showcased her modelling skills in the glamourous shoot which saw her sport a stunning collection of gowns and quirky pieces.
Catherine looked sensational on the cover of the magazine as she donned a black waistcoat-style top which featured billowing lace sleeves.
The Hollywood actress wore her brunette locks in voluminous loose curls which framed her face and complimented her glamourous makeup look featuring a bold pink lip.
In another snap, Catherine flaunted her cinched waist and glorious curves in an off-the-shoulder royal blue gown which did wonders to accentuate her enviable figure.
The Rebound star looked visionary in the dazzling snap which saw her bask in the sun rays which peaked through a nearby window.
Elsewhere, Catherine also slipped into a daring one-shoulder pink gown which looked equally as stunning on the 51-year-old star.
Catherine took to Instagram to open up about the ‘new normal’ when it comes to being a cover girl while in lockdown and revealed that the entire photoshoot happened over zoom as her photographer snapped shots from New York while she posed up a storm in her home in LA.
During the candid chat, Catherine lifted the lid on her three ‘desert island’ beauty products.
The stunning star admitted: “I started asking myself, ‘What are my essentials? If I were on a desert island, what would I take?’

“It would be eyeliner and mascara, mainly because I think I could figure out everything else – to some extent.
“I could break open some aloe vera and that could work somewhat for my skin-care, but I definitely need a good eye”.
