Ex on the Beach star Ashley Cain and his partner Safiyya Vorajee shared heartbreaking photos from their baby girl Azaylia’s funeral.
Azaylia Diamond Cain died from an aggressive form of leukaemia earlier this year, aged just eight months.
Footballer Ashley and his partner could be seen throwing beautiful orange flowers into Azaylia’s grave as they turned up to mourn her loss and celebrate her life.
They were joined by loved ones, and threw an epic party afterwards in celebration of Azaylia’s life.
Safiyya even got a special manicure for the day, dedicated to her daughter, which included some of Azaylia’s favourite cartoon characters and a photo of the tot herself.
The devastated parents wanted to give their little one a send-off that was just as special as she was, and the service included a beautiful horse-drawn carriage to carry Azaylia on her final journey.
In one photo, the couple can be seen leaning into Azaylia’s grave holding orange flowers, with a floral arrangement of a lion behind them – in tribute to Azaylia’s love of Disney movie The Lion King.
The mourners have all worn something orange – including Ashley’s tie, pocket square, socks and the inside of his blazer – to raise awareness of leukaemia, which is represented by the colour.
In other touching photos, dad Ashley can be seen shouldering Azaylia’s tiny coffin – emblazoned with her initials ADC – as he leads a group of mourners to the graveside.
Ashley shared the photos to his Instagram account, writing alongside: “ADC.
“BEAUTIFUL STRONG COURAGEOUS INSPIRATIONAL FOREVER IN MY HEART.
“Friday was by far the most difficult day of my life. Laying to rest my beautiful daughter who had such a huge, positive and powerful impact on not only myself and my family, but the entire world.
“Rest in eternal paradise princess. Daddy loves you forever and always! #AzayliaDiamondCain”.
Safiyya added a comment below his touching tribute, writing: “The most difficult day I have ever experienced in my life, my heart feels shattered but I’m so so proud of our little girl she is amazing.
“We gave her the best send off we could and I am so proud of you Ashley you did amazing Azaylia’s beautiful daddy”.
Safiyya also shared an update to her own page, as she broke down in tears at Azaylia’s graveside.
“Azaylia Diamond Cain.
