The Chase host Bradley Walsh broke into fits of laughter during Friday’s throwback episode of the ITV quiz show.
Bradley, 60, asked contestant Bernadette: “Which suitably-named actress plays Pip Archer in the countryside radio drama The Archers?”
The presenter had no problem reading out the first two answers of Heather Fox and Rose Squirrels but struggled to say Daisy Badger without laughing.
He was left speechless again when the player opted to go for Daisy Badger as her answer.
Retired school teacher Bernadette had no idea what the right answer was, and Bradley was convinced that she has got it wrong.
He explained: “It’s not going to be Daisy Badger, is it? It could be Heather Fox, one of the Fox family, like Emilia Fox, James Fox, one of them.”
However, the correct answer was eventually revealed as Daisy Badger, leading Brad to absolutely lose it when he realised.
Viewers at home rushed to their keyboards to discuss the hilarious television moment.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “It had to be Daisy Badger! It just had to be!”
A second person posted: “There isn’t really anything funny about Daisy Badger.”
Another added: “Daisy Badger” alongside a crying laughing face emoji.
While a fourth social media user said: “Bradley loses it klaxon.”
Jenny Ryan aka The Vixen was in the hot seat, and she revealed herself to be a fan of The Archers as she also got the question right.
Bernadette made it back home and dry and added £3,000 to the prize fund.
Arthur, Stacey, Paul and Bernadette all made it through to the final of the competition.
The four players went head-to-head against The Vixen in an intense round of general knowledge competition.
They managed to score 19 questions correctly in the final chase and Jenny tried her best to catch the team but it didn’t work out for the quiz champion.

Jenny slipped up on a few questions which meant that the team had opportunities to push her back.
The contestants each went home from the ITV studio with a share of £23,000.
Speaking about her defeat, Jenny said: “Congratulations to the team. When I slipped, they jumped in and it made all the difference.”
The Chase airs weekdays on ITV at 5pm
