Former Coronation Street star Kimberly Hart-Simpson confirmed her new relationship with Shane Finlayson in a sweet post on her Instagram page.
The loved-up couple met on Celebs Go Dating, which attempts to match love-starved celebrities with their ideal partner from a group of normal singles.
Kimberly, 34, chose to break the news with a glamorous shot of the pair sitting together on a staircase, her new boyfriend gazing longingly at her.
Wowing her followers in an elegant floor-length red satin gown, Kimberly wore her blonde locks sleek behind her ears and finished off the outfit with a pair of giant square drop earrings.
Shane opted for a shimmering navy suit and a black high-neck top underneath, and the couple together were the epitome of gorgeous.
Kimberly, who played Nicky Wheatley on ITV soap Coronation Street, captioned the snap: “Hey Insta. Meet the fella.”
Famous friends and fans of the stars congratulated her on the new relationship.
Katie Price’s ex Kieran Hayler admitted he’d known about the pairing for a while.
The former stripper commented: “So happy for you both. Such a hard secret to keep. The amount of DMs I have had asking if you two were still together.”
Paul Hollywood’s ex Summer Monteys-Fullam wrote: “Yaaassss,” next to a slew of party hat emojis.
The star’s former Hollyoaks co-star Jessica Fox gushed: “You look beautiful and he’s very lucky to have you x.”

Kimberly and Shane announced their feelings for each other in the final episode of the show, which aired last week on Thursday.
As the series came to an end, Kimberly also took to social media to tell her fans just how much the experience had meant to her, especially during a global pandemic.
“As the show comes to an end, I want to say this. It has been the most humbling and eye opening journey for me,” she shared in a lengthy and passionate post.
“I have asked all my life for jobs where I get to pretend to be other people,” the star continued. “And for once someone took me on to play myself. I won’t lie, there were days I didn’t think I was ‘entertaining enough’, sleeping in a room full of people who are so established in an industry and honestly… I feel like a fraud.
“After all I found my TV career in a pandemic. I have absolutely no experience in being a celebrity and even more not entirely sure what one is. But the show made me believe in myself.”
“For me, this was one of the best experiences of my life. I know how fortunate I am in this moment. I am immensely proud that I have managed to use my platform to blog abut @the_bhf and will continue too,” Kimberly went on, thanking all the crew.
Kimberly came out as pansexual before she entered the mansion, sharing that she “fancies everybody” and had hoped to meet a partner of any gender through the series.
