Dancing on Ice was due to air tonight, Sunday February 21, at 6pm, but ITV has amazingly pulled the plug for a week.
The hit skating show has been plagued by injured contestants who have been unable to perform on the live show.
And because of the turmoil ITV has decided to pull the show off air for a week to see if some of the performers can recover to get the show back on the road after an unprecedented break.
However, fans will get the chance to watched Dancing on Ice: The Greatest Show On Ice, which will be broadcast instead to fill the gap.
The highlights show will show clips of previous seasons.
The shock move to postpone the show comes after former Neighbours’ heartthrob Jason Donovan was forced to miss a skate last weekend after badly injuring his back.

And the troubles come after co-stars Joe-Warren Plant, the Emmerdale actor, and his partner Vanessa Bauer were forced to quit the show after testing positive for coronavirus.
Comedian Rufus Hound also withdrew after contracting the virus, while TV presenter Denise Van Outen was replaced by Amy Tinkler after an awful fall saw break her shoulder in three places.
TV reality star Billy Faiers quit after suffering a painful head injury, leaving the show in tatters.
And incredibly Graham Bell’s skating partner Yebin Mok suffered a freak accident in training which saw her left with a nasty stab wound in her leg.
Faye Brookes, the former Coronation Street actress, has luckily not been injured yet, but her skating partner Hamish Garman is, and has been replaced by another skater, Matt Evers.

Dancing on Ice will return as normal next Saturday – February 28.
“The welfare of all of those involved is important to us and we felt it prudent to take a week’s break at this juncture,” revealed a source to The Mirror.
“ITV have taken the decision to pause Dancing on Ice this week and there will be no live show on Sunday 21st February.
“Each week our production team and cast have delivered a fantastic show during incredibly challenging times.
“Continuing to make the best TV for our viewers is of paramount importance to us and we look forward to resuming the competition next week, with the show back live on Sunday 28th February.”
