Ex-EastEnders star Melissa Suffield posted a stunning underwear picture to celebrate body positivity and gave a touching statement for the caption.
Back in August, Melissa posed nude with her son in an inspiring breastfeeding snap.
The actress played Lucy Beale on the popular soap form 2004 to 2010 and now runs her own parenting blog.
The soap star posed in a bright red matching underwear set with matching lipstick and her hair tied back, beaming from ear to ear and preaching self love to her 26,600 followers.
She wrote: “You want to make best f*****g friends with that person in the mirror.
“They’re not your enemy – in fact, they could be your biggest champion if you’d let them.
“They are desperate for that love you show to others, and they’re gagging for you to tell them how much you respect them, cherish them. They want to show you the beauty in yourself, and so much more.
“So don’t let a b***h down! Go tell ‘em.”
The actress preaches body positivity and acceptance, and recently posted a real and raw picture of her post-partum baby bod.
Since leaving EastEnders, she has given birth to her son River and she is engaged to River’s father, Robert Brendan, who she has been in a relationship with for 10 years.
“This is my belly. It doesn’t look how It used to look. First it was quite a bit smaller and smoother, and then it grew my best mate,” she said.
The former soap star continued to pump positivity into new mothers everywhere, saying: “Isn’t that so f***ing cool? I bet your bellies are pretty f***ing cool too, whether they grew stuff or not.
“Aren’t bodies wicked? All so different and weird and wonderful – and very powerful.
“We’re all so ridiculously beautiful, aren’t we?”
For a recent photoshoot for We Are Womanhood, Melissa dared to bare in matching underwear to support the brand.
She enjoyed supporting them and what they stand for, writing: “Bloody love that they use real peeps to model, natural light to shoot, we were all totally makeup free – and every bump, lump, mark, or anything else is there to stay – to be celebrated, and not eradicated.”
