As usual, it’s all happening in Emmerdale.
Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) and Jimmy King’s (Nick Miles) marriage has been on the rocks for months now, since Jimmy was driving the van that killed villain Paul Ashdale (Reece Dinsdale).
And with Juliette (Amelia Curtis) meddling in their marriage and the haulage business in order to steal son Carl from under the couple’s noses, it’s no surprise things are tense between the two.
Next week, Emmerdale spoilers have revealed that their split could finally be sealed after Jimmy is unfaithful to his wife with pal Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) – Paul’s ex.
The pair got closer after Mandy convinced Jimmy to plead not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving, with Jimmy confessing his feelings to a stunned Mandy, who advised him to go back to his wife.

But next week, Jimmy receives his verdict in court.
Nicola reckons his first day in court has gone well, but Jimmy remains shaken up by the experience. With him still determined to prepare himself for the worst, Nicola frets that her husband has given up.
But the next day, Mandy reads Jimmy the speech she’s prepared for the judge to help with his case.
Jimmy is overcome with guilt and gratitude, and clumsily leans in closer for a kiss, which Mandy returns before they spring apart.
A mortified Jimmy is instantly apologetic – but could this mean further romance is in store for the pair?
Later, Nicola attempts to get Jimmy to see that his flustered testimony while on the stand was that of an honest, shaken man – not a practiced liar.

Consumed with guilt over his kiss with Mandy, Jimmy is in turmoil as he rejects Nicola’s positivity and disappears to pack for a prison stay.
But will he be found guilty? And what will it mean for his future with his wife?
Elsewhere in the village next week, Gabby and Noah continue to bond after the ordeal with Kim’s fake death.
