Halle Berry told Instagram fans that she’d had “the best day of the year” after undergoing some intense workout sessions.
The 54-year-old actress showcased agility, strength and above all else her stunning and toned figure in number of segments from the day.
In one clip, the Catwoman actress looked like a fighting warrior princes as she danced around in the garden while tactfully jabbing her fitness partners hand.
She looked like a boxing queen as she readied for combat while keeping nifty on her feet throughout.

Halle proved that age is just a number as she served up some girl power while looking radiant in eye-popping lycra.
So that she was ready for every eventually thrown at her, the film beauty donned purple skintight leggings with a matching sports bra and a sleeveless black gym top.
Completing her cool image, she popped on a light grey cotton beanie hat and hightop lace-up trainers.
