It only seems like yesterday when Spice Girl Victoria Beckham and her footballer husband David welcomed their second eldest son Romeo into the world.
But at the age of 19, Romeo is now all grown up and enjoying life as one of the most famous children on the planet.
Not only this but the young lad has found love and has been dating his model girlfriend Mia Regan for the last two years.
The loved-up pair celebrated their second anniversary in May 2021 but they set tongues wagging not long after when pregnancy rumours began to emerge.
So in true Daily Star style, we’ve taken a look inside the couple’s love life to mark Romeo’s 19th birthday.
Where did Romeo and Mia meet?

Little is known regarding where and how Romeo met Mia, who is currently 18 years old.
The pair started dating in May 2019, but made their relationship Instagram official four months later when Mia shared an adorable birthday tribute to Romeo as he turned 17.
Despite coronavirus restrictions and the lockdown keeping the couple apart during 2020, romance was not dead for the pair as they managed to keep in regular contact throughout, according to sources.
When travel restrictions were finally eased, Mia was pictured in Italy with Romeo’s family.
Pregnancy rumours
In May 2021, Romeo and Mia set the rumour mill into overdrive when fans believed Mia was pregnant with Romeo’s first child.
Cuddling up for an Instagram selfie, Romeo’s arm was placed across Mia’s stomach in the photo, which led several fans to believe that the pair could be expecting.
One fan even congratulated the the young duo in the comment section.
The Instagram follower penned: “Congratulations Romeo, I see she is now pregnant,” while another asked: “Is she pregnant?”
Despite the gossip surrounding the pic, a source close to the couple cleared up the claims and confirmed Mia was not pregnant.

Mia – who is currently signed to Storm Models – has plenty of gorgeous photos of herself and Romeo on her Instagram for fans to gawp at.
This is also the case for Romeo who has also shared gorgeous snaps of himself and Mia on his page too.
In one of their snaps, Romeo and Mia can be seen laying down on a bed, while model Mia places a sweet kiss on his face.
Not only this, but the pair have also shared photos of themselves enjoying beach holidays with one another where they can be seen in tropical seas.

Since the couple have been confirmed as an item, Mia has become very close to her boyfriend’s famous family.
The young model previously took to Instagram to support her boyfriend’s mother Victoria’s charitable fashion initiative.
Sharing her love for the cause, Mia posted a selfie wearing a Listen Without Prejudice T-shirt paired with a call to action to support the UK’s LGBTQ+ population through its purchase.

Not only this but the blonde babe has also shown her support for a number of Victoria’s other ventures, including a round-up of women modelling the designer’s Reebok x Victoria Beckham collaborative collection.
She’s also filmed a number of Victoria’s beauty tutorials for the brand’s official Instagram page.
Recently, Mia put both her modelling and design skills to use by creating social campaign imagery for Victoria’s line.
Holidays

The young couple have enjoyed a number of holidays too and has continued to showcase their trip to their fans online.
Mia joined the Beckhams for a family holiday to Italy in July and stayed at the luxurious Puglia-located resort, Borgo Egnazia.
But the model and aspiring football player Romeo also took a mini-break to Paris together.
The loved up duo have appeared to have also taken a local trip to a seaside spot in Cornwall.
Last year, the couple took a stunning photo with each other which showcased a beautiful sunset backdrop behind them.
Fans most definitely appeared to have liked what they saw and commented favourably post.
One fan penned: “Best looking boy of the world!”
While another gushed: “Omg she’s so gorgeous!”
