Jesy Nelson 'offered big money for PrettyLittleThing line' after Little Mix exit

Jesy Nelson has reportedly been offered an enormous £1million to launch a clothing range with fast fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing.

The singer previously worked with the brand to release a collection with Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock while she was still a part of Little Mix.

But, as she prepares to launch her solo music, it seems Jesy could be about to cash in big thanks to her chic style and popular Instagram page.

It’s reported that Jesy’s honest confessions about struggling with her confidence and her messages of body positivity have made her a hot commodity for warring online fashion houses.

“Jesy has been inundated with lucrative deals from clothing brands all keen to work with her,” a source said.

“PrettyLittleThing are frontrunners at the moment and Jesy is definitely excited to share her unique fashion sense with fans and celebrate body positivity.”

The source added to The Sun: “Jesy has a massive social media following and bosses know the range would be a huge hit.”

Jesy’s collection with her former Little Mix bandmates was hugely popular when it launched back in 2019.

It featured a number of cohesive looks for girls to co-ordinate with their pals on big nights out, back when we were actually allowed out.

There were denim ensembles, chic and colourful snake-print looks and risqué mesh and diamanté garments that the Little Mix ladies rocked in the promo shots.

But Jesy is known for her more relaxed style, and she has been keeping her 7.8million Instagram followers updated with stunning photos since leaving Little Mix.

This week, Jesy opened up about her decision to leave the band in a front cover interview with Cosmopolitan magazine.

She explained she reached a “breaking point” while filming the music video for Sweet Melody, after going on an “extreme diet” to slim down for the dance-heavy clip.

“I went on this extreme diet, with bloody shakes, and tried to eat as little as possible,” she said.

“On the day of the Sweet Melody video I had a panic attack on set because I didn’t look how I wanted to look, and I found it so hard to just be happy and enjoy myself. I was sobbing in the dressing-room.”

It led to Jesy being missing from some shots in the video, and she then quit the group in December last year.

Recently, Little Mix released their first music video without Jesy – a re-worked version of Confetti.
