Katie Price, 42, is set to learn to how to become a volunteer first responder for a new TV series after the success of the BBC doc Harvey and Me.
The glamour model turned businesswoman and activist is keen to follow in the footsteps of Emma Willis and learn hands-on what it’s like to work on the front line.
Emma famously learned how to become a midwife for the emotional series Emma Willis: Delivering Babies on W.
Rather than helping new mums give birth, Katie will be put through her paces as a Volunteer Emergency Responder.
A source said: “It’ll be along the lines of Emma Willis’ show.

“Katie will learn all the real life skills she needs and they won’t go easy on her because she’s a celebrity.”
An insider added to The Sun: “It’s something Katie’s wanted to do for years and she’s really looking forward to filming next month.”
Meanwhile, a rep for the mum-of-five has confirmed plans are indeed in motion adding: “Katie has made no secret of her dreams of becoming a paramedic.

“It is true these dreams are set to become a reality as we are engaged in talks to film Katie’s own documentary following her training and on the front line as she responds to emergency calls.”
Filming is said to start in the coming weeks, however, it’s not yet known when the series will air.
The news comes after Daily Star revealed how Katie is in advanced talks to be a regular guest on Channel 4 show Steph’s Packed Lunch.

A source let slip to Daily Star: “Katie went down a storm with bosses during her appearance on the show last month and producers are looking to make her a regular on the show.
“Meetings are ongoing but after the success of her BBC documentary Harvey and Me, she’s keen to show there’s more to her than her glamour model past.
“She will be covering a string of serious issues that are close to her heart – almost in a roving reporter style position.”
Daily Star understands that the current plan is for Katie to contribute to the Steph McGovern show on an every-other-week basis.
Katie is also reportedly set to film a follow-up BBC documentary to Harvey and Me.
The second programme will follow Harvey transitioning into a residential college later this year.
