Love Island fans convinced Millie's necklace breaking is hint at 'bad omen'

Love Island viewers are convinced that it is the end of the road for Millie Court and Liam Reardon after a “bad omen” popped up in the villa.

Liam Reardon has been trying to repair his relationship with Millie after Lillie Hayes spilled on their time in Casa Amor, but it’s looking like it might be the end of the road after a cryptic clue.

Millie was just getting herself ready for bed when she held her Sagittarius necklace in her hands and told her fellow islanders that it had broken.

She was seen attempting to fix the necklace and by the looks of it, she just about managed to get it back together as she was wearing it the following morning – but it hasn’t stopped fans thinking that it’s a sign for Millie and Liam’s relationship.

Taking to Twitter, one user wrote: “The breaking of the Sagittarius necklace is kinda symbolic.”

While another said: “The necklace is broken, Millie it’s a sign girl.”

A third person chirped: “The necklace breaking was a bad omen Millie please listen to the spirits!”

Millie’s necklace breaking appears to have come at the perfect time though, as her friends and family have already committed to sending her out a brand new one after Casa Amor.

She sent her favourite necklace off with Liam Reardon to Casa Amor, and although he brought it back with him, he came home with a side of heartbreak for the blonde beauty.

It was revealed that Liam had been getting cosy to bombshell Lillie, but ultimately decided to return home to Millie in the main villa.

After heading out for a one-on-one date with Lillie, Millie returned to the villa and ended her romance with Liam, but he isn’t ready to give up on her just yet.

Liam secures help from the boys as he decides to send a text to Millie wit ha picture of the pair of them and before bed, he leaves her a note under her pillow.

Millie also told the girls that she’s feeling sorry for Liam and admitted that she wants him to “fight for it” and Liam is aware that he has got to prove himself.

As he sets his plans in motion to win Millie back, viewers are adamant that the necklace breaking tells all in a cryptic hint about the future of their relationship.

However, as Liam continues in his graft to rekindle his relationship with Millie, will they be able to get back on track?

Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2.
