Love Island viewers will be able to have their say on who gets dumped from the villa for the first time since Brad McClelland and Lucinda Strafford’s exit.
Islanders were forced to pick the least compatible couples in the villa, with newbies Brett and Priya landing five votes as the “least compatible”.
Four couples ended up in the bottom group, but the person with the least amount of votes will be dumped from the villa.
While the episode was intense and some fans were frustrated that it was another cliffhanger, many were overjoyed that they were “finally” able to vote.
Taking to Twitter, one user wrote: “They’re finally letting us vote who leaves, finally!”
While another added: “Is that Love Island finally letting the public vote?”
A third person chirped: “Finally we can vote and get what we want!”
As Brett and Priya received five votes from the fellow islanders, the only couple to not vote for the couple was Kaz and Tyler, but it came awkwardly after Priya admitted to the rest of the girls that she found Brett a bit boring.
The couples currently in the bottom four include: Jake and Liberty, Faye and Teddy, Mary and Aaron and Brett and Priya.
However, it looks like the voting process could be causing some drama between couples, as Toby seemed less than impressed to be voting for his pal Jake.
Chloe attempted to reassure him as to why they were voting for Jake and Liberty, and told him that they didn’t have to if Toby truly didn’t want to.
Ultimately, the pair cast their vote for Jake and Liberty, which Chloe recognised had frustrated Toby.
Liberty and Jake were in the mix after their challenging week saw Liberty question their relationship – alongside the girls, who are unsure about Jake.
The outcome of the public vote will take place tomorrow, with one couple getting dumped from the island in preparation for the final on August 23.
Love Island continues tomorrow on ITV2 at 9pm.
